The fourth of a quartet of music videos for Lewis Coleman’s album, Offline.
This clip bought the three other videos we did into context. It’s a rambling seven-minute-something tune which dives in and out of a non-stop beat. We follow this rhythm into the distinct worlds created for the albums four videos: the interior scenes, outside in night time Northern suburbs, the vast outdoor fields and pine forests.
I was so happy when Lewis and Darvid (Beloved) organised a listening party at Long Play to share the album. We screened all the videos to an intimate group who were so receptive and, for this clip in particular, were taken along for the ride.
Big ups to the crew and DOP Scott Pope, a serious collaborator of mine now!
